We’ve answered your most common questions below to help make your shopping experience smooth and easy.
1. What type of hair do you sell?
We sell 100% Virgin Hair, available in wigs, bundles, and frontal closures.
Our hair is soft, long-lasting, and can be bleached, dyed, and styled just like your natural hair.
2. How long does delivery take?
All our hair is sold on a pre-order basis, which takes 12–14 working days for your order to be processed and delivered after payment has been confirmed.
You’ll receive tracking updates once your parcel has been shipped.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayFast (Card Payments) and Direct Bank Deposits.
Please note:
- Once payment is made, please email your proof of payment to info.therealhairco@gmail.com for confirmation.
4. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We do not offer refunds, but we allow exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order — provided the hair is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
5. Can I request a custom color?
Yes, you can! Custom colors are available at an additional cost of R400 and must be paid for via Direct Bank Deposit.
Proof of payment must be emailed to info.therealhairco@gmail.com.
Please note that custom color orders may take slightly longer to process.
6. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking number.
You can also track your order directly through our “Track My Order” page on the website.
